Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Brows By Natalie at (714)886-0561 natalienhan296@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule (at least 24 hours in advance ) . All deposit is non-refundable. But count toward to your balance if reschedule. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
